Katie Watson Bingham, an associate at Friday, Eldredge & Clark, LLP, has been accepted into the inaugural class of the Heart of America Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).

Attorney Katelyn M. Eaves has been elected to serve as President of the Benton County Bar Association. Katie, who will begin her role on July 1, 2018, has served as the organization’s Vice President and Secretary-Treasurer in previous years.

Jamie Jones graduated earlier today from the Leadership Greater Little Rock program. Jamie, who served as social chair for her class, is one of the 55 graduates in the class of XXXIII.

Attorney Byron M. Eiseman, Jr. was featured in Sunday's High Profile section of the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette. High Profile Editor, Rachel O'Neal, wrote the story that focused on Byron's family, his career as an attorney with the firm and the 50 years he spent teaching tax law at UA Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law.

Attorney Kimberly D. Young spoke this week at the Trial Attorneys of America’s Annual Meeting. The event was held in Chicago and included Kim as part of a panel discussion that focused on recent decisions relevant to product liability defense work. Kim addressed recent decisions by the United States Court of Appeals for the Eight Circuit, with a particular focus on cases involving pharmaceuticals or medical devices.
