Friday, Eldredge & Clark, LLP is pleased to announce the recent hire of Kelly Newberg, PHR, SHRM-SCP, who joins the firm as the Director of Human Resources.

Attorneys Jamie Huffman Jones and Marshall S. Ney have both been appointed by the Arkansas Supreme Court to serve on separate committees beginning in 2018.

Attorney Jamie Jones was invited to join a panel discussion hosted by the Editorial Advisory Board of Arkansas Lawyer magazine to discuss women in the legal profession. The purpose, according to the magazine, was to provide insight from several perspectives on the challenges that women in the legal profession are facing now and faced in the past.

The firm has had the pleasure of working with legal intern Johanna Stenberg of Finland for the past month. Johanna, who is a third-year law student at Tallinn University in Estonia, originally became acquainted with our state in 2012 when she was an exchange student at Morrilton High School (where she later graduated.) “I knew I wanted to come back to Arkansas,” she said. “And I wanted the chance to experience the practice of law and I was able to do that here.”
