Attorney Amie K. Alexander has been recognized as one of the Outstanding Pro Bono Attorneys of the Year. The honor is given each year by the Legal Aid of Arkansas on Law Day to honor those attorneys who have dedicated their time to those in need.

Attorney Lindsey Emerson Raines serves as the firm’s team captain in the 2021 Central Arkansas Heart Walk. The fundraiser, an annual event for benefiting the American Heart Association, has raised more than $181,000 so far this year. Fundraising efforts began in February and continue through Saturday, April 24 at the actual Heart Walk that will take place at Chenal Promenade.

The program was created by the firm’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee with the goal to increase the number of law school students from diverse backgrounds. Recognizing that diversity includes many human differences such as race, ethnicity, sexual and gender identity, military service, socioeconomic status, faith and beliefs, disability status, immigrant upbringing, and other conditions, we are committed to seeking out these populations in Arkansas colleges and universities to provide financial support and mentorship with the goal of inspiring a more diverse representation in the Arkansas legal profession.

Friday, Eldredge & Clark, LLP is proud to announce the Women’s Foundation of Arkansas (WFA) has named the firm the recipient of the 2021 Olivia Farrell Gender Equity Leadership Award. The award was announced Wednesday, March 3 at the 33rd Annual Arkansas Business of the Year Awards Celebration in Little Rock.

Attorney A. Wyckliff Nisbet Jr has been involved with the Downtown Little Partnership (DLRP) since 1990 and his commitment to the organization was awarded recently with the dedication of a plaque in his honor. The plaque is located in the Baker’s Alley behind the Arkansas Repertory Theatre in Little Rock and is also dedicated to former board member Rett Tucker.

Khayyman M. Eddings has been selected to serve on the Board of Trustees of the Arkansas Arts Center through 2024. Khay follows the firm’s former Managing Partner Shep Russell who previously served as President on the Board of Trustees.
