When Attorney Taylor Marshall graduated from the Leadership Greater Little Rock Program (LGLR), he joined not one but two special alumni groups. One includes more than 1,500 graduates of the Little Rock Regional Chamber's leadership program while the other is a special group of 20 attorneys from Friday, Eldredge & Clark who are LGLR graduates and continue to serve their community as leaders

Measuring Compliance Program Effectiveness The Office of the Inspector General (OIG) recently posted new compliance guidance to assist healthcare entities of all types and sizes of measuring the effectiveness of their compliance programs. The publication, “Measuring Compliance Program Effectiveness: A Resource Guide” was the collaborative result the Health Care Compliance Association and the OIG.

Managing Partner Shep Russell was invited to participate in the 83rd Arkansas Municipal League Convention last week (June 16) in Little Rock. He was part of a panel discussion on recent legislation passed during the 2017 session to promote local economic development projects.

The Arkansas Bar Association's Annual Meeting took place Wednesday, June 14 through Friday, June 16 in Hot Springs. The Annual Meeting is the largest event of the year for the association and the schedule is full of educational opportunities, national and local speakers and award presentations.

The firm has hosted the Arkansas Bar Reception for more than 50 years. The reception, held at the Arlington Hotel Resort and Spa in Hot Springs, takes place the Thursday night of the annual bar convention. More than 300 attend the annual event.
