Robert Beach spoke today (Monday, July 31) at a workshop hosted by First Security Bank. The seminar titled "The Life of a Bond" featured speakers from a variety of sectors including finance, education and legal.
Bob spoke to the group about the role of the Bond Counsel and the part they play in the life of a bond.
Bob is a partner in the firm and concentrates his practice in the municipal bonds and corporate finance sector, with a particular emphasis on bond financing for school districts. He represents municipal advisors, underwriters and issuers.
