Little Rock Sorieé has announced their 2019 Best Lawyers list that includes Attorneys Robert T. Smith Jay T. Taylor.

On Wednesday, December 4, 2019, the Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce held its 154th Annual Meeting. Friday, Eldredge and Clark Partner Kevin A. Crass, who served as Chairman of the Chamber Board of Directors in 2019, presided over the Annual Meeting which celebrated the past year’s accomplishments and announced the coming year’s priorities.

In 1968, Congress enacted 28 U.S.C. 1407, known as the Multidistrict Litigation (MDL) Act. The MDL Act created the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation, which is tasked with transferring pending civil actions that share a common question of fact from multiple jurisdictions to a single court for coordinated or consolidated pretrial proceedings. While the goal is to promote judicial efficiency, there are a number of challenges to achieving that goal.

Friday, Eldredge & Clark is proud to announce Attorney Michael S. Moore has received the 2019 Justice Robert L. Brown Community Support Award from the Arkansas Judges and Lawyers Assistance Program (JLAP). The award was presented at the organization’s Annual Advocates Dinner on Friday, October 25 at the Embassy Suites in Little Rock.

Jamie Huffman Jones has been named to the American Heart Association of Central Arkansas Board of Directors. She replaces Attorney Daniel L. Herrington who served in various roles with the organization over the past 20 years; most recently on the board.
