Friday, Eldredge & Clark, LLP is pleased to announce the recent hire of Kelly Newberg, PHR, SHRM-SCP, who joins the firm as the Director of Human Resources. Her primary responsibility will be focused on recruiting top talent to the firm, which employs more than 170 attorneys and support staff. She will be hands on in organizational and staff development, policy direction, recruiting and onboarding.

Kelly joins the firm after serving 16 years as the Human Resources Director of Arkansas Specialty Orthopaedics where she managed all facets related to human resources including policies, programs, employment, employee relations, organization planning and forecasting.
Kelly is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP) and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). She is also a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
She is an active member of her community and serves on the Hillcrest Farmers Market Manager Team and as a board member of the Midtown Redevelopment Advisory. She is also a 2012 graduate of the Leadership Greater Little Rock program.
A native of southwest Arkansas, Kelly earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Arkansas and her master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Colorado State University.
