He also provided regular advice to clients in emerging industries such as gambling and cryptocurrency.

Friday, Eldredge & Clark welcomes our summer II law clerks. Seven ambitious students join our firm for the opportunity to apply their legal education in a real-world setting. Each clerk will work closely with the firm’s partners, associates, and administrative professionals to further our goal of providing clients with proactive, solution-oriented business and litigation counsel. The program will include opportunities to attend court proceedings, hearings, inspections, jury trials, Arkansas Bar Association events, pro bono opportunities, and more. The group will be split between our two office locations:

Arkansas Business has recognized Taylor Stockemer as one of Arkansas’ 40 under 40. In the latest issue released Tuesday, Arkansas Business named Taylor along with 40 other professionals across the state. These leaders will be formally recognized on June 11 at 11:30 A.M. at the Statehouse Convention Center.

Friday, Eldredge & Clark, LLP newest partner Lindsey E. Raines focuses her practice on bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, landlord/tenant issues, and intellectual property. She has successfully represented financial institutions, property owners, creditors, and businesses in a wide range of cases, including commercial and residential foreclosures and evictions, account collection, contract disputes, and other commercial litigation matters.

Friday, Eldredge & Clark proudly continues its community engagement initiative, Friday Cares, now in its 8th consecutive year. Raising over $7,000 in funds - funds utilized to support foster kids in need through the CASA Christmas for a Child Wishlist in Central and Northwest Arkansas. Additionally, providing over 4,000 meals to families in need through contributions made to the Arkansas Food Bank and NWA Food Bank.
