Hannah Banks joins the firm as an Associate in our Labor & Employment Practice Group. Hannah is no stranger to the firm, having previously clerked with the firm several years ago. Since becoming a licensed attorney in 2021, she has gained valuable experience through several prestigious federal clerkships.
Most recently, Hannah served as a Staff Attorney for the Honorable Richard D. Taylor of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas. Prior to that, she clerked for the Honorable Sidney A. Fitzwater of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas and the Honorable P.K. Holmes, III of the United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas.
Hannah earned her J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law, graduating summa cum laude. During law school, she served as an Articles Editor for the Arkansas Law Review and excelled in moot court competitions, earning top honors. She also holds dual degrees from Ouachita Baptist University, where she graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in Mass Communications and a B.A. in Musical Theatre. Notably, she was a graduate of the Carl Goodson Honors Program and was named the university’s Overall Academic Achiever, its highest academic honor.
