BIOGRAPHY

Byron M. Eiseman Jr., a former managing partner of the firm, concentrates his practice on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and on estate planning, probate and estate administration and taxation. He is a Fellow in the American College of Trust & Estate Counsel and a Fellow in the American College of Tax Counsel.  Byron is listed in Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business, in The Best Lawyers in America and in Mid-South Super Lawyers. The Arkansas Times named him the "Top Tax Lawyer in Arkansas" and he was named in 2014 as "Lawyer of the Year" by The Best Lawyers in America in Little Rock.
