BIOGRAPHY
Caroline W. Kelley is a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group in Rogers, where her practice focuses on all aspects of business mergers and acquisitions, general business formation and choice of entities, including structuring, due diligence, negotiation, and documentation.
Prior to joining the firm, Caroline gained experience advising businesses and individuals on a wide range of transactional and tax matters. Her practice includes counseling clients on federal income taxation for individuals and business entities, state and local tax issues, tax incentives, and matters involving nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations.
Caroline earned her Master of Laws in Taxation from Washington University in St. Louis after receiving her Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2017. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Politics from Hendrix College.
