BIOGRAPHY
Rose McGarrity is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Her practice focuses on real estate litigation.
Rose joined the firm after graduating from the University of Arkansas School of Law. She earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism at the University of Central Arkansas in 2020 where she was a Norbert O. Schedler Honors College scholar.
Prior to joining Friday, Eldredge & Clark, Rose served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Justice Courtney Hudson at the Arkansas Supreme Court and as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Timothy Brooks in the Western District of Arkansas. Rose also spent time externing for the Athletics Department at the University of Arkansas and representing clients through her law school’s Criminal Practice Clinic.
