BIOGRAPHY

Gabe Stultz is a member of the Litigation Practice Group in Rogers, where his practice focuses on complex civil disputes, including class actions, noncompetition and trade secret matters, corporate dissolutions, discrimination claims, regulatory issues, and business contract litigation.

Before joining the firm, Gabe spent sixteen years in public service. As a prosecutor in Florida and Arkansas, he tried more than twenty cases to a jury and served in leadership roles in Benton County, including as Senior Deputy Prosecuting Attorney and Division Chief. In those roles, he oversaw multi-agency investigations, handled high-profile matters, and supervised all strategic motions and trials conducted by the office.

Gabe also served as legislative counsel to a national veterans service organization in Washington, D.C., where he represented the nonprofit before Congress, the White House, and federal agencies. In that capacity, he testified before Congress as an expert witness on major VA health care reform proposals and played an instrumental role in crafting the 2017 legislation that overhauled the entire VA disability claims and appeals process.

Gabe earned his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law and his B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh. He clerked for two judges on the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, the Honorable Joseph L. Toth and the Honorable Grant C. Jaquith. And before becoming an attorney, he led a U.S. Army infantry platoon with the 101st Airborne Division in the mountainous region of Khost Province, Afghanistan.
