BIOGRAPHY

Alexa Mizer is a Partner in the Litigation Practice Group. Alexa works with clients on business and commercial disputes, including class action litigation, non-competition agreements, trade secrets, corporate dissolutions, business contracts, insurance contracts and bad faith claims.

Before joining the firm in 2022, Alexa spent five years in the Dallas, Texas office of a national law firm defending corporations against complex product liability, toxic tort, and environmental litigation involving catastrophic injury, premises liability and property damage. She was the senior associate on the national coordinating counsel team for two Fortune 500 companies. She participated in all phases of litigation, including leading numerous complex discovery investigations, drafting responsive pleadings and dispositive motions and assisting in multiple trials for premises owners.
