At the annual meeting of the Arkansas Bar Association,
Kevin A. Crass, partner and head of the Class Action Business Litigation Practice Group, received the Association's CLE Award for providing quality continuing legal education for the attorneys of Arkansas. As a member of the Federal Practice Committee for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas, Crass planned and presided over the committee's bi-annual Federal Practice Seminar. The panel included many of the judges of the Eastern District, as well as the clerk of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
