LITTLE ROCK, AR – Friday, Eldredge & Clark is pleased to announce the addition of Colton Meister as an Associate in the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group. Colton’s practice will focus on representing individuals, companies, and financial institutions in general business, transactional, taxation, and regulatory matters.
Colton earned his Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and his J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law. During law school, Colton worked as a Rule XV certified student with the University of Arkansas Non-Profit Legal Clinic, creating 501(c)(3) entities, and externed with Walmart’s Corporate Counsel Tax Department. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minor in Agricultural Business from the University of Arkansas.
Prior to joining the firm, Colton worked with the University of Arkansas Non-Profit Legal Clinic and externing with Walmart’s Corporate Counsel Tax Department. When Colton is not in the office, he enjoys the great outdoors including hunting and fishing.
