BIOGRAPHY

Colton Meister is an Associate in the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group. His practice focuses on representing individuals, companies, and financial institutions in general business, transactional, taxation, and regulatory matters. 

Prior to joining the firm, Colton earned his Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. He received his J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law, where he worked as a Rule XV certified student with the University of Arkansas Non-Profit Legal Clinic to create 501(c)(3) entities and externed with Walmart’s Corporate Counsel Tax Department. Colton also holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minor in Agricultural Business from the University of Arkansas.
