Attorney Daniel Herrington was an invited panelist at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s Excel Training Conference that took place earlier this week in Washington, DC.
This annual event is targeted to alternative dispute resolution (ADR) specialists, attorneys, EEO professionals, HR managers and supervisors at private employers, state and local government employers and federal agencies.
Dan was included in the presentation “Tricky HR Situations: Age Discrimination.” The interactive session looked at various case scenarios involving age discrimination.
Dan is a partner in the Labor and Employment Relations Practice Group focused on representing employers in all areas of labor and employment law, including ADA, FMLA, Wage and Hour, Title VII, OSHA and NLRA. Dan has successfully defended those decisions before state and federal agencies and courts, including the EEOC, OSHA, NLRB, DOL, Arkansas Supreme Court and U.S. Court of Appeals for Eighth Circuit.
