BIOGRAPHY

Tyler Phillips is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate, Finance, and Commercial Transactions Planning Group. Tyler represents and advises clients in a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial contract drafting and negotiation. In addition, Tyler assists clients in acquiring, developing, and leasing real estate, and represents financial institutions in a variety of lending matters.

Before law school, Tyler played football for the Arkansas Razorbacks. When he finished playing, he realized his passion for business, tech, and the law. Tyler became an active entrepreneur and started developing software during his second year of law school. In addition to his hands-on business learning experiences during law school, Tyler also gained legal and policy exposure at the state and national levels by clerking for the Arkansas Attorney General’s Office and interning for United States Senator John Boozman in Washington, D.C.
