Arkansas Business has recognized Taylor Stockemer as one of Arkansas’ 40 under 40. In the latest issue released Tuesday, Arkansas Business named Taylor along with 40 other professionals across the state. These leaders will be formally recognized on June 11 at 11:30 A.M. at the Statehouse Convention Center.

Friday, Eldredge & Clark, LLP newest partner Lindsey E. Raines focuses her practice on bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, landlord/tenant issues, and intellectual property. She has successfully represented financial institutions, property owners, creditors, and businesses in a wide range of cases, including commercial and residential foreclosures and evictions, account collection, contract disputes, and other commercial litigation matters.

Friday, Eldredge & Clark proudly continues its community engagement initiative, Friday Cares, now in its 8th consecutive year. Raising over $7,000 in funds - funds utilized to support foster kids in need through the CASA Christmas for a Child Wishlist in Central and Northwest Arkansas. Additionally, providing over 4,000 meals to families in need through contributions made to the Arkansas Food Bank and NWA Food Bank.

Jamie Jones has been appointed by the Arkansas Supreme Court to serve a three-year term on its Civil Practice Committee. Jamie, a seasoned partner in the Litigation Practice Group and member of the Firm's Management Committee, will immediately step into her new role and serve through September 30, 2026.

Little Rock, Arkansas (Monday, September 25th 2023) - Summit Utilities, Inc. announced today Kevin Crass to its Board of Directors. Crass, a partner in the Litigation Practice Group, specializes in complex business litigation in state and federal courts. He has served on multiple boards, including the University of Arkansas Board of Trustees, the Board of Visitors of the UA Little Rock, and the War Memorial Stadium Commission. Additionally, Crass was the Executive Director of the transition team for Arkansas Governor Sarah Sanders and past Chairman of the Little Rock Regional Chamber of Commerce.
