Friday, Eldredge & Clark, has handled pharmaceutical and medical device litigation in single cases, and in multi-district litigation. The firm has also defended governmental entity claims against manufacturers. Our lawyers have defended cases in Arkansas and throughout the country, both as local counsel and trial counsel. Because of our vast medical malpractice experience, we are familiar with many of the medical providers, and issues, involved in these cases.
