Little Rock, AR – Kimberly D. Young, a partner in the firm’s Litigation Group, has been selected to serve on the Board of Directors for the Trial Attorneys of America (TAA). Kim has been with Friday, Eldredge & Clark since 2003, focusing her practice on litigation in areas including gas and electrical utility defense, products liability, pharmaceutical litigation, multi-district litigation, and construction litigation. She is also a seasoned appellate attorney, appearing before the Arkansas Court of Appeals, Supreme Court of Arkansas, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Kim has represented major clients like Entergy Arkansas, Ethicon, Johnson & Johnson, and Summit Utilities, and has achieved defense victories in significant cases involving wrongful death, strict liability, and negligence claims.
Notably, Kim was recognized by Best Lawyers in America® 2025 and named "Lawyer of the Year" in Mass Tort Litigation/Class Actions.
