Friday, Eldredge & Clark, LLP announces the addition of four new associates to the firm: Katie Beth Nichols, Alexis D. Smith, Daniel “Danny” F. Woodyard, and Taryn E. Bewley.

Katie Beth Nichols joins as an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group, specializing in commercial litigation, products liability defense, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, and appellate advocacy. She earned her J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law and graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Arkansas. Before joining the firm, Katie Beth externed for Justice Courtney Rae Hudson of the Arkansas Supreme Court and Judge Stephen P. McGlynn in the Southern District of Illinois. Alexis D. Smith joins as an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group, focusing on general and commercial litigation. She earned her J.D. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law and holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of North Texas. Daniel F. Woodyard joins an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group, focusing on general and commercial litigation. He earned his J.D. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law and holds a B.A. in Economics from the same institution. Before joining the firm, Danny interned for The Honorable James Moody Jr. and The Honorable Billy Roy Wilson, both of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas. Taryn E. Bewley joins as an associate in the firm’s Medical Malpractice Practice Group, focusing on defending hospitals, doctors, nurses, and other medical professionals in malpractice litigation. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Arkansas School of Law and holds dual majors in Political Science and Psychology from Ouachita Baptist University.
