Friday, Eldredge & Clark, LLP congratulates Lindsey Emerson Raines as the firm’s newest partner.
Lindsey is a creative problem solver with a practice focused on bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, landlord/tenant issues, and intellectual property. She has successfully represented financial institutions, property owners, creditors, and businesses in a wide range of cases, including commercial and residential foreclosures and evictions, account collection, contract disputes, and other commercial litigation matters. She also frequently advises clients regarding their intellectual property rights, providing valuable guidance on trademark and copyright protections.
Before joining Friday, Eldredge & Clark, Lindsey served as a staff attorney to the Honorable Richard D. Taylor in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas. She earned her J.D. cum laude from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2016 and holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and history from the University of Arkansas.
Her achievements extend beyond the courtroom, including being named Pro Bono Volunteer of the Year by Legal Aid of Arkansas in 2021, serving as an Adjunct Professor for the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law, and inclusion in Leadership Greater Little Rock, Class XXXVII. She has been identified as “One to Watch” by Best Lawyers in America and a “Rising Star” in Mid-South Super Lawyers.
