The original Executive Order issued by Governor Sanders regarding the extension of certain tax filing and payment deadlines has been expanded to address issues not specifically covered in the original Executive Order, including estimated tax payments. The expanded Executive Order extends the 2022 income tax filing date and income tax payment date for residents of, and businesses located in, Pulaski, Lonoke or Cross counties to July 31, 2023 (“Affected Taxpayers”). The extension includes 2022 returns for:
- Individuals
- Subchapter-S corporations
- Subchapter C corporations
- Pass-through entities
- Fiduciaries and estates
- Partnerships
- Composite returns
The extension to July 31, 2023 also applies to income taxes for Affected Taxpayers due between March 31, 2023 and July 31, 2023 (including estimated tax payments).
