Jamie Jones has successfully completed and graduated from the Ladder Down program, which is a nationwide curriculum tailored to the challenges female lawyers face in today's business environment. The program is focused on empowering women to become leaders, mentors, business managers, developers, and exceptional lawyers. Ladder Down has graduated over 100 students in the four years since its inception and its momentum continues to grow. The program provides specific training to female lawyers in leadership, business development, self-promotion, and paying it forward to other women lawyers.
The program launched in San Francisco in 2017 and Charleston, South Carolina in 2018. The 2023 class was the first nation-wide class, consisting of 20 lawyers selected on their merits
