Friday, Eldredge & Clark, LLP announces the hiring of Attorney Alexa Mizer in the Litigation Practice Group in Rogers.
Alexa comes from the Dallas, Texas office of a national law firm and brings to the firm five years of significant experience in defending corporations against complex product liability, toxic tort and environmental claims involving catastrophic injury, premises liability and property damage. She was the senior associate on the national coordinating counsel team for two Fortune 500 companies. She participated in all phases of litigation, including leading numerous complex discovery investigations, drafting responsive pleadings and dispositive motions, and assisting in multiple trials for premises owners.
Alexa will join the firm’s litigation practice group to focus on business and commercial disputes, including class action litigation, non-competition agreements, trade secrets, corporate dissolutions, business contracts, insurance contracts, and bad faith claims.
Alexa graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2016.
