Attorney Lindsey Emerson Raines is the recipient of the Arkansas Bar Association's Annual CLE Award. She is recognized for her contributions to the association's CLE program and for her work in the planning of the Debtor/Creditor Law Conference.
Lindsey is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Her practice focuses on bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, commercial litigation, and intellectual property. On behalf of her clients, Lindsey has pursued commercial and residential foreclosures and evictions, breach of contract claims, and related causes of action.
