Attorney Bruce B. Tidwell spoke at the 3rd Annual National Eminent Domain Conference held in Scottsdale, Arizona last week.
Bruce’s presentation outlined some of the issues that arise when utility easements cross over agricultural property including the timing of construction, depth of pipelines, the height of electrical lines and irrigation concerns.
The conference was hosted by CLE International – the leading provider of eminent domain education. The conference’s attendees were attorneys, appraisers, real estate professionals, engineers and others affected by eminent domain.
Bruce is a partner that devotes a substantial portion of his practice to civil litigation involving real estate issues, such as eminent domain.
