Since the onset of the new school year, Attorney Marshall Ney has been on the speaking circuit talking with multiple school districts, universities and organizations on legal topics specific to school districts and education law.
Marshall spoke with multiple school districts and the Northwest Arkansas superintendents regarding student threat assessment protocols and challenges in Arkansas school districts, conflicts between federal law and school safety and the Governor’s School Safety Commission and Report.
He was also an guest speaker at Harding University’s NWA Campus where he spoke on SPED Law to the education law and public schools class.
Marshall serves as litigation counsel to businesses, insurance companies, school districts and individuals in most types of complex and commercial disputes, employment claims and insurance coverage issues. His litigation experience is extensive and includes class action litigation, noncompetition agreements, trade secrets, corporate dissolutions, discrimination suits, business contracts, bankruptcy discharge challenges, insurance contracts, bad faith claims, education law and special education law.
