Marshall Ney Joins Panel Discussion Focused on Special Education

Attorney Marshall Ney was invited to participate last week (March 7, 2018) in a panel discussion at the Arkansas Council of Administrators of Special Education's (AR-CASE) Spring Conference in Little Rock. The panel, which included the Arkansas Department of Education, presented to K-12 special education leaders from across the state. 

AR-Case is a division of the Arkansas Chapter of the Council for Exception Children whose members are dedicated to the enhancement of the worth, dignity, potential and uniqueness of each individual in society.

Marshall is a partner in the firm and has more than 25 years of litigation experience and serves as counsel for multiple school districts across the state, including two of the state's largest districts.
