Attorney Michelle Ator took part in a panel discussion focused on malpractice litigation trends at the Arkansas Hospital Association's Annual Meeting on Wednesday, Oct. 4. The discussion titled "Tales from the Trenches: War Stories From the Defense Bar" was led by moderator Elisa White, AHA's vice president and general counsel.
The interactive panel discussion focused on recent developments, trends and challenges in legal and risk management. Michelle and other panelists talked about real-life real life experiences representing hospitals, physicians and nurses in Arkansas.
Michelle heads the Medical Malpractice Group. Her practice is focused on representing doctors, hospitals and all types of medical and dental care providers in malpractice litigation and pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in products cases.
