Estate Attorney Speaks to North Pulaski Retired Teachers Association

K. Coleman Westbrook Jr. spoke recently to members of the North Pulaski Retired Teachers Association in Jacksonville. Coleman, who has spoken to the group in the past, addressed some of the common trust and estate planning issues. Some of the topics covered including power of attorney, living wills, terminally ill proxy, anatomical gifts, asset disposition, wills and final disposition.

Coleman, who has spoken to the group in the past, addressed some of the common trust and estate planning issues. Some of the topics covered including power of attorney, living wills, terminally ill proxy, anatomical gifts, asset disposition, wills and final disposition.

Coleman is a partner in the firm’s Trust and Estate Planning Practice Group. His practice consists of performing analysis and planning for individuals with regard to gift, estate and generation-skipping transfer taxes; charitable and other lifetime and testamentary transfers; probate and estate, trust and non-profit/tax-exempt administration.
