Friday, Eldredge & Clark is proud to announce attorney Sarah Cotton Patterson has been named a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). This appointment reflects her deep knowledge of trust and estate planning law and her positive reputation in the legal community.

Lawyers who are elected as ACTEC Fellows must meet rigorous eligibility criteria. This includes having an outstanding reputation, exceptional skill and making substantial contributions to the field by lecturing, writing, teaching and participating in bar activities.

Patterson, a partner with Friday, Eldredge & Clark, has practiced law for 15 years and is a part of the Trust and Estate Planning Practice Group with the firm. Her focus is on estate, trust and tax matters for individuals, as well as entity formation and business planning. She also advises non-profit and tax-exempt organizations on formation, planning and tax issues.

She is recognized in The Best Lawyers in America for her work in: Trusts and Estates, Litigation – Trusts and Estates and Non-Profit/Charities Law. She has been named by the publication as Lawyer of the Year 2012 in Little Rock, Trust and Estate Litigation and the Lawyer of the Year 2017 in Little Rock, Non-profit/Charities Law.
