The one-day seminar focused on a variety of topics related to the medical malpratice area of law. Brad presented "Pitfalls in the Proof: Common Fatal Flaws" that outlined discussed the unique requirements of the Arkansas Medical Malpractice Act and the most common ways in which a plaintiff will fail to meet their legal burden of proof.
