ROGERS, AR – Friday, Eldredge & Clark, LLP announced today that Gabe Stultz has joined the firm’s Litigation Practice Group in Rogers. Stultz concentrates his practice on complex civil disputes, including class actions, noncompetition and trade secret matters, corporate dissolutions, discrimination claims, and business contract litigation. He brings first-chair courtroom experience informed by more than twenty jury trials and is skilled at managing fact-intensive investigations, driving discovery and motion practice, and navigating regulatory issues while negotiating effectively with opposing counsel and government stakeholders.
“Gabe’s trial background and steady hand in high-stakes matters make him a strong addition to our litigation bench and to our clients across Northwest Arkansas,” said Marshall Ney, Partner and Northwest Arkansas Practice Group Leader.
Before joining the firm, Stultz spent sixteen years in public service. He served as Senior Deputy Prosecuting Attorney and Division Chief in Benton County, Arkansas, where he oversaw trial strategy, supervised multi-agency investigations, and handled high-risk matters. Earlier in his career, he clerked for two judges on the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, the Hon. Joseph L. Toth and the Hon. Grant C. Jaquith, tried cases as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida’s 12th Judicial Circuit, and served as legislative counsel to a national veterans’ service organization in Washington, D.C., where he testified before Congress and helped craft the 2017 legislation that overhauled the VA disability claims and appeals process.
Stultz earned his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law and his B.A. in Economics & Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh. A former U.S. Army infantry officer with the 101st Airborne Division, he led a platoon in Afghanistan and was awarded the Bronze Star.
