Friday, Eldredge & Clark, LLP is pleased to announce that Ashtyn G. Pike has joined the firm as an associate in the Employee Benefits and Tax Law Practice Group. Ashtyn’s practice will focus on employee benefits, taxation, and executive compensation matters.
Ashtyn’s practice focuses on the design, implementation, compliance, and administration of tax-qualified retirement plans, nonqualified deferred compensation plans, and health and welfare benefit plans. She assists plan sponsors with ERISA regulatory compliance and state and federal tax issues.
Ashtyn earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law. During her time in law school, she served as Notes and Comments Editor for the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Law Review. Ashtyn is currently pursuing her LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, with an anticipated completion date of December 2025. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, summa cum laude, from Arkansas State University.
