Friday, Eldredge & Clark LLP has elected five attorneys as new partners effective January 1, 2025. The attorneys represent a diverse range of practice areas; four are based in the firm’s Little Rock office, and one in the Rogers office.

Sarah Giammo
Sarah Giammo focuses her practice on public and nonprofit development financings, including bonds sold by underwriters, bonds placed with governmental agencies and local banks, and bonds offered in public sales. Sarah has been recognized for five consecutive years as "One to Watch" by Best Lawyers in America for her work in public finance law and was named a Mid-South Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2023.
Amie Schoeppel Wilcox
Amie Schoeppel Wilcox focuses her practice on healthcare regulatory and compliance matters, including HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement. She also assists employers with employment-based immigration matters. Amie has been named "One to Watch" by Best Lawyers in America for healthcare law each year since 2022. She is a graduate of Leadership Greater Little Rock Class XXXVIII and the Public Service Academy of the Arkansas Bar Association and the Clinton School of Public Service.
Amy C. Markham
Amy Markham is a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group, focusing on insurance defense, workers’ compensation defense, products liability, fire/arson investigations, and catastrophic personal injury defense. Prior to joining the firm, Amy was a Managing Member at Spicer Rudstrom’s Little Rock office, where she played a key role in establishing the office. Recognized in The Best Lawyers® in America 2024 for her work in construction law and by Soiree Magazine’s Best Attorneys in Arkansas since 2021, Amy is known for her ability to minimize damages and secure favorable outcomes in high-exposure cases.
Kat Hodge
Kat Hodge is a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment Litigation Practice Group. Kat has litigated employment cases for both the defense and plaintiff’s bar and has served as lead counsel in hundreds of legal matters in federal and state courts. Her practice includes contract negotiation, policy development, and legislative research and analysis. Prior to joining the firm in 2023 Kat served as a Supervisory Trial Attorney for the EEOC and as a Senior Assistant Attorney General with the Arkansas Attorney General’s Office. She is an alumnus of the Leadership Greater Little Rock, Class XXXV (2019) and the Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce Leadership program, Class V.
Alexa Mizer
Based in the firm’s Rogers office, Alexa Mizer focuses on business and commercial disputes, including class action litigation, non-competition agreements, trade secrets, corporate dissolutions, member and partnership disputes, and misappropriation of funds claims. Before joining the firm in February 2022, Alexa spent five years in the Dallas office of a national law firm, defending corporations in complex product liability and environmental litigation. She was a senior associate on the national counsel team for two Fortune 500 companies, managing high-stakes cases involving catastrophic injuries and premises liability.
