Firm Honored with Olivia Farrell Gender Equity Leadership Award

Friday, Eldredge & Clark was selected as the winner of the prestigious Olivia Farrell Gender Equity Leadership Award by the Women's Foundation of Arkansas. This recognition celebrates companies in Arkansas actively utilizing tools to support women at work and enhance their overall workplace culture.
The firm was one of the top three finalists, alongside prestigious organizations such as Southwest Power Pool and the Winthrop Rockefeller Institute. The announcement was made during the 36th Arkansas Business of the Year Awards, where Friday, Eldredge & Clark was announced the winner by the Women's Foundation of Arkansas.
The Olivia Farrell Gender Equity Leadership Award, established by Arkansas Business and the Women's Foundation of Arkansas, pays tribute to Olivia Farrell. Farrell, former President and CEO of Arkansas Business was inducted into the Arkansas Women's Hall of Fame and the Walton College Arkansas Business Hall of Fame. She was also a co-founder of the Women's Foundation of Arkansas in 1998.
The assessment for this esteemed award is based on the Gender Equity scorecard, initially crafted in 2018 by a team of Clinton School of Public Service students. Recently updated in 2023 by researchers at UA Little Rock, the scorecard serves as a meaningful tool for evaluating companies' commitment to gender equity.
