Attorney Tyler D. Bone was presented the W. A. Eldredge, Jr. Outstanding Young Trial Lawyer Award by the Arkansas Bar Foundation during their annual meeting on Friday, August 6.
The award was established in 1990 to recognize an outstanding trial lawyer who best demonstrates exemplary trial conduct, undivided loyalty to clients, courtesy and candor to opposing counsel, respect for trial judges and professional dignity for the administration of justice which are characteristics demonstrated by the award's namesake W. A. Eldredge, Jr. The attorney rose to prominence in the legal community in 1953 when he joined the law firm Mehaffy, Smith and Williams (now known as Friday Eldredge & Clark). He was best known for
representing Missouri Pacific/Union
Pacific Railroad and for defending
medical care providers in medical
malpractice cases.
Tyler is a partner in the Medical Malpractice Practice Group of Friday, Eldredge and Clark. His practice focuses on the defense of doctors, nurses, hospitals and other medical professionals in malpractice litigation.
Tyler has been named a "Rising Star" in medical malpractice defense by Mid-South Super Lawyers. He has an active motion and appellate practice and has served as counsel in several medical malpractice jury trials.
