Friday Eldredge & Clark, LLP is pleased to welcome four new associates. Lindsey Emerson Raines, Sarah Giammo and Caitlin Kennedy join the firm’s headquarters in Little Rock and Andrew Lawson is the newest member of the firm’s office in Rogers. All of the newly hired associates have previously worked as law clerks at the firm.
Lindsey Emerson Raines is the newest associate in the Litigation Practice Group. Her practice will focus on business litigation, creditors’ rights and bankruptcy. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a staff attorney to the Honorable Richard D. Taylor in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas. Lindsey received her juris doctorate in 2016 from the University of Mississippi School of Law and her bachelor’s degree in political science and history in 2013 from the University of Arkansas.
Sarah Giammo joins the firm’s Public Finance Practice Group after graduating summa cum laude from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law. Sarah obtained her master’s degree in public administration in 2018 and a bachelor’s degree in political science in 2011; both from UA Little Rock. Sarah, who is originally from Perryville, Kentucky, will work on a wide range of public and nonprofit financings.
Caitlin D. Kennedy joins the firm as the newest member of the Medical Malpractice Group where her focus will be on defending physicians, hospitals and practice groups. She earned her juris doctorate from the University of Arkansas School of Law where she graduated magna cum laude in 2018 and received her bachelor’s degree in economics from Vanderbilt University in 2013. Caitlin is a native of Knoxville, Arkansas.
Andrew Lawson will work on corporate and transactional matters as the newest member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group. Drew received the highest score on the bar exam and graduated first in his class in 2018 from the University of Arkansas School of Law. He earned his bachelor’s degree in history and political science from the University of Arkansas in 2015. Drew, who is originally from Springdale, is currently working on obtaining his master’s degree in taxation from New York University.
