Attorney Blake Lewis spoke last week (Thursday, Nov. 2) at the Arkansas State Chamber/AIA’s Arkansas Tax Conference about the federal income tax issues related to the medical marijuana industry and the various planning techniques implemented by those in the industry to minimize their tax burden.

The program offers a review of 2017 tax legislation and recent developments, breakout sessions to focus on special industries and tax types, and a discussion of trends and changes in the tax environment going forward.
