This week the annual Arkansas Governmental Finance Officers Association (AGFOA) conference was held in Springdale, Ark. The three-day event included professional training, mentoring, idea exchanges and social networking for state and local finance officers. Attorneys Michael Moyers and Taylor Marshall were invited to speak at the event and conducted a round-table panel focused on a range of topics related to the issuance of municipal bonds.

Michael is a partner in the firm’s Public Finance Practice Group. He has practiced public finance law since 2004. His practice has focused on the issuance of bonds and other debt instruments by public instrumentalities in Arkansas and in other states.
