Firm Welcomes New Attorneys

Friday, Eldredge & Clark, LLP welcomes three new attorneys to the firm: Kael K. Bowling; Katie M. Eaves and Allison C. Pearson.

Kael K. Bowling joins the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Regulation Practice Group where he serves as litigation counsel to financial institutions, insurance companies and other business entities. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2016 and his LL.M. in Agriculture and Food Law from the U of A earlier this year. During law school, Kael worked as a legal extern for Walmart and Tyson Foods, as well as in Judge Timothy Brooks’s chambers in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas. Kael practices in the firm’s Fayetteville office.

Katie M. Eaves is the newest member of the firm’s Trust and Estate Planning Practice Group. She concentrates her practice in estate planning, trust and estate administration, probate matters, estate and gift taxation and formation and planning for exempt organizations. Katelyn earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2013 and her LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2014. She comes to the firm with three years of experience in trust and estate planning law. She practices in the firm’s Rogers office.

Allison C. Pearson is an associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group. She earned her B.S.B.A in Human Resources Management and Spanish at Washington University in 2011 and subsequently earned her Juris Doctor in 2014 from American University, Washington College of Law. Prior to joining the firm, Allison practiced at a large Mid-Atlantic firm based in Baltimore, Maryland, with a focus on insurance defense litigation. She also previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Stephanie A. Gallagher, United States Magistrate Judge and as an attorney advisor with the United States Social Security Administration. Pearson is admitted to practice in Maryland and will take the Arkansas Bar exam in July. She practices in the firm’s Little Rock office.
