BIOGRAPHY

Sarah Smith is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group, focusing on employment and education litigation. Prior to joining the firm, she clerked for the Honorable D. Price Marshall Jr. of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas and externed for the Honorable Kristine Baker during law school.

Sarah earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law, graduating magna cum laude in 2022. She served as an Articles Editor for the Arkansas Law Review. She received the Judge Thomas Butt Excellence in Legal Writing Prize and Top Paper Awards in Legal Writing I and II. Sarah holds a B.A. in History, graduating summa cum laude from the University of Arkansas in 2019, where she also received the J. William Fulbright Prize for Distinction in the Liberal Arts.
