BIOGRAPHY
Minoah is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate and Commercial Finance practice groups. Her practice focuses on transactional matters relating to the acquisition, development, leasing, and divestiture of commercial real estate and other real estate-based assets, the structuring, negotiating, and drafting of asset-based credit facilities for both lenders and borrowers, and other business transactions. Minoah earned her J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law and holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting and finance from the University of Arkansas.
