BIOGRAPHY
Logan Vickery is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group, where he offers his expertise to a diverse clientele comprising corporations, government entities, and individuals. His professional experience spans a broad spectrum of legal issues, including complex commercial litigation, products liability suits, regulatory compliance, government and corporate investigations, white collar criminal defense, and disputes arising in bankruptcy proceedings. Logan has also counseled clients in specialized, emerging industries such as gambling and cryptocurrency.
Logan has experience across all stages of litigation and alternative dispute resolution, and he leverages his advanced proficiency in eDiscovery to achieve his clients' objectives efficiently and effectively. Notable achievements include securing a substantial recovery for a medical device manufacturer amidst a contract dispute and negotiating a favorable settlement for a pharmaceutical company entangled in high-stakes litigation. Logan has adeptly defended numerous Fortune 500 companies in products liability lawsuits, resulting in over a dozen case dismissals with minimal or no client liability. Recently, Logan successfully represented a client in a high-profile insider trading case, utilizing strategic legal maneuvers to achieve a sentence below the federal sentencing guidelines.
Logan earned his J.D., with honors, from Emory University School of Law and his B.B.A in Economics, graduating Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
Prior to joining the firm Logan practiced extensively in New York and New Jersey as an Associate at Lowenstein Sandler LLP, a top-rated national law firm. He also served in the U.S. Air Force and the Arkansas Air National Guard, where he was awarded the Arkansas Distinguished Service Medal.
