BIOGRAPHY

Jordan T. Sharp is an associate in the firm’s Trust and Estate Planning Group, and works in the firm’s Rogers, Arkansas office. His practice focuses on estate planning, estate and trust administration, estate and gift taxation, charitable planning, and probate matters. Jordan also advises tax-exempt organizations and non-profit entities on formation, planning, tax issues, and governance. Additionally, Jordan advises clients in several areas of taxation, including, tax controversies, business formation and planning, and other related tax and business matters.

Jordan completed a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in Spring 2022. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Law and earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Finance from Ouachita Baptist University. While at Ouachita, he was a student-athlete on the football team and president of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.
