Friday Eldredge & Clark, LLP is pleased to announce the addition of three new associates to our firm. Emma Jumper, Anuj "A.J." Teotia, and Rose McGarrity were formally sworn in by the Arkansas Supreme Court on Friday, October 6. Our firm proudly welcomes them aboard as we continue to expand.
Emma Jumper joins the Little Rock office as an Associate in the firm's Litigation Practice Group. Her practice focuses on commercial and tort litigation and other representation for banks, insurance companies, healthcare entities, and other businesses. Emma graduated cum laude earning her J.D. from the University of William H. Bowen School of Law. Prior to law school, Emma obtained her Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma State University and her Bachelor of Business in Finance from Mississippi State University. Anuj "A.J." Teotia joins the Little Rock office as an Associate in the firm's Labor & Employment Practice Group. His practice focuses on the defense of employers in litigation matters involving discrimination and Fair Labor Standards Act claims. A.J. also advises clients on copyrights, trademarks, and employment-based immigration matters. He obtained his J.D. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude. While in law school, A.J. represented clients as a student attorney for the UALR Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic. Prior to law school, A.J. worked in the self-driving car industry. He obtained his bachelor's degree in computer science and mathematics from North Dakota State University. Rose McGarrity joins the Rogers office Litigation Practice Group as an Associate with a focus on education and employment law. Rose obtained her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Arkansas School of Law. She earned her bachelor's degree in journalism at the University of Central Arkansas in 2020, where she was a Norbert O. Schedler Honors College scholar. Prior to joining the firm, Rose served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Justice Courtney Hudson at the Arkansas Supreme Court and as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Timothy Brooks in the Western District of Arkansas. Rose also spent time externing for the Athletics Department at the University of Arkansas and representing clients through her law school's Criminal Practice Clinic. Learn more about Rose: here
