Firm Welcomes New Partners

Friday, Eldredge & Clark, LLP is proud to announce Taylor A. Stockemer and Kael K.  Bowling as the firm’s newest partners.

Taylor A. Stockemer has been with the firm since 2017. He is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in Mergers & Acquisitions, securities and investment banking, and regulatory law. He has been recognized as one of Arkansas Business' "20 in Their 20's" in 2019 and to the Mid-South Super Lawyers Rising Stars list since 2020. Taylor is also an Alumni of the Leadership Greater Little Rock Class of XXXV.

Taylor obtained his J.D. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law in 2017, where he was a recipient of the Frederic L. Ballard, Jr. Memorial Scholarship. He also has a Master of Business Administration from Arkansas State University with honors, where he was the recipient of the Scott & Kay Dawson Ambassador Award for excellence in service, attitude, integrity, loyalty, character and leadership. His undergraduate degree is also from Arkansas State University in Economics, for which he received the College of Business Department Award. Taylor a four-year letterman on the Arkansas State University football team from 2008 to 2013.

Kael K. Bowling has also been with the firm since 2017 and serves as litigation counsel to financial institutions, creditors, real estate and construction firms, and other business entities. He has extensive experience litigating residential and commercial foreclosures and evictions, construction disputes, breaches of contract, and appealing cases to the Arkansas Court of Appeals. He also represents clients before local planning commissions, city councils, and relevant authorities in land use and zoning matters.

Kael holds a Juris Doctor and LL.M. in Food and Agriculture Law from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville. He obtained his Bachelor of General Studies from Missouri Southern State University, where he was also a MSSU football student-athlete. Best Lawyers in America named Kael "One to Watch" for his work in litigation and banking law, and Mid-South Super Lawyers named him "Rising Star."
